These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and hk99 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any portion of hk99 — whether through a web browser, a mobile browser, or any other interface — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service offered on this platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing hk99 from Bangladesh and supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements between the Player and hk99, whether oral or written. hk99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use hk99, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. hk99 conducts age and identity verification at the point of registration and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any subsequent time. Failure to satisfy any of the criteria below will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. hk99 does not permit access by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and unincorporated associations may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You may hold only one account on hk99 at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances held across duplicate accounts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently excluded from hk99. A player who has opted for permanent self-exclusion cannot reinstate their account.

hk99 may carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time and without prior notice. This may include requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Accounts that fail to complete due diligence checks within a reasonable period specified by hk99 may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until the checks are resolved.

Each player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. hk99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security beyond your password.

Any activity conducted through your hk99 account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hk99 support immediately. hk99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to safeguard their login credentials or has shared them with a third party.

• You must not allow any other person to access or operate your hk99 account on your behalf, including family members and household members.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure when accessing hk99. hk99 recommends using a personal mobile data connection rather than shared or public Wi-Fi networks.
• You must notify hk99 support promptly of any suspected unauthorised access to your account, any suspected compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious transactions you did not initiate.
• hk99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account pending investigation of suspicious activity, without prior notice to the account holder.

Players are encouraged to review their account activity regularly. Transaction history is available within the account dashboard and can be accessed at any time following login. Any discrepancy in your transaction history should be reported to hk99 support within 30 days of the relevant transaction date.

All financial transactions on hk99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hk99 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Players must use one of the approved payment methods to deposit funds into their account. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. hk99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on hk99:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change. hk99 may apply different limits to different payment methods or account tiers.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the account, or to a verified account holder's own registered mobile wallet or bank account. hk99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• hk99 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes of a request being submitted for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days. These timelines are targets and may be affected by payment provider processing times outside hk99's control.
• hk99 is required to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all accounts. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of AML or KYC verification. hk99 may request documentation evidencing the source of funds for any withdrawal request where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds thresholds determined by hk99's compliance procedures.

Deposits made using funds that are subsequently determined to be of fraudulent origin will be reversed in their entirety, and any winnings derived from such funds will be voided. In such circumstances hk99 may close the associated account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

hk99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional terms specific to each individual promotion as communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.
• hk99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn before you have met the qualifying conditions, any bonus funds already credited in relation to that promotion may be removed from your account.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign a bonus or any associated winnings to another player or third party.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, systematic exploitation of welcome offers, or use of automated tools to fulfil wagering requirements — is prohibited. hk99 may void bonuses and associated winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to your account at the time specified in the relevant promotion terms and will expire if not used within the period stated. Winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the applicable promotion terms before they may be withdrawn.

hk99 is committed to providing a safe and fair gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hk99 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required:

• Collusion: communicating or cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live poker or card games.
• Fraud: using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund an account or complete any transaction on hk99.
• Use of automated tools: employing bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence software, or any other automated mechanism to interact with games, place bets, or satisfy wagering requirements.
• Money laundering: using hk99 as a vehicle to launder funds of any origin, including cycling deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity for the primary purpose of obscuring the source or ownership of funds.
• Harassment or abuse: directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications at hk99 staff or other players through any channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

hk99 employs fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems that operate continuously across all accounts and games. Players suspected of prohibited conduct may have their accounts restricted immediately without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. The outcome of any investigation is final and binding on the Player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, the outcome of the affected round may be voided at hk99's discretion. Where a round is voided, the wager placed for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. hk99 will not be liable for losses resulting from technical issues that are attributable to the player's own device, internet connection, or browser.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hk99's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

hk99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights as a Player, hk99 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players via their registered contact details.

The current version of these Terms, as displayed on this page, supersedes all prior versions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of hk99 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
